For Stuffing:

Grated Paneer
Boiled potatoes
Salt
Chopped green chilies 

Cooking Instructions: 

Dough preparation:

Add Taste for Life’s Methi Paratha Mix to a mixing bowl.
Gradually add water to form a soft and firm dough.
The ready mix already includes methi leaves and spices, so there is no need to add extra spices. 

Stuffing: 

Combine mashed potatoes, grated paneer, and salt.
Add chopped green chilies only if your child enjoys extra spice. 

Assembling the parathas:
Take a dough ball and roll it into small rounds.
Add a spoonful of stuffing, gather the edges, and seal them properly.
Gently roll the parathas.


Roasting:
Heat the tawa on a medium heat flame.
Roast the parathas with ghee until they turn golden brown on both sides.


Serving suggestions: 

Pair these delicious Ulta parathas with curd or pudina-coriander chutney for an added flavor.

They also taste amazing with mango pickles.
