Rice Flour, Salt
1 bowl ready mix (whole pack).
2 bowls water.
Mix well.
Wait 2 minutes.
Use the same bowl for measuring readymix and water.
Add 2-3 tsp of water to the batter to adjust the consistency.
Apply oil on a non-stick pan and heat it for 1 minute.
Mix the batter well before making each ghawan.
Pour the batter on a hot pan in a circular motion from a height of approx.
3 inches to make a round dosa.
Apply oil on sides of dosa.
Roast both the sides of ghawan on a medium gas flame.
Serve with chutney.
