How to Make Zatpat Vada.
Add warm water,chilli powder,salt,coriander leaves (onion for taste) to vada atta and knead medium soft dough press with hands on a plastic surface to form round shape. Make a hole in the center. Fry golden brown taste great with hot tea. Can also be served with dahi/chatney.
500g makes approx. 40-45 vadas.
After opening the pack,transfer the atta/flour into air tight container Do not mix old and new flour/attas. To store the flour/atta for more than one month,refrigerate in airtight container.
