Chana dal Flour, Rice flour, Ginger powder, Garlic powder, Red Chili powder, Onion flakes, Tomato powder, Onion powder, Coariander leaves, Salt, Turmeric, Hing, Citric Acid (E330) and Sodium Bi-carbonate (E500(ii))
1 bowl ready mix (whole pack). 1 ¼ bowls water. Mix well. Use the same bowl for measuring. Add 2-3 tsp of water to the batter to adjust the consistency. Apply oil on a non-stick pan and heat it for 1 minute. Pour a thick layer of batter on the pan like uttapam and gently spread it. (You can add finely chopped tomato pieces/coriander leaves on the top to enhance the taste).Roast both the sides of tomato omelette on medium gas flame till golden yellow. Serve with chutney/ketchup.
