It combines the goodness of Brown Rice, Urad dal, Jowar, Chawal, Rajgira, Makai, Soya dal, Chana dal, and Moong dal. 

This Gluten-free atta is specially crafted without wheat to make it appropriate for people sensitive to gluten. However, it delivers tasty plain parathas and phulkas for a delightful meal that is enjoyable for everyone in the family.

Recipe

Recipe:
  • Measure atta and water with the same bowl.
  • Step 1: Take 1 bowl of Gluten-free Atta.
  • Step 2: Add approx. 1/2 bowl of water gradually, 1 tsp of oil while kneading and 1 tsp oil after kneading a soft dough.
  • Gently roll and make plain Parathas/Phulka immediately after kneading. Do not rest the dough.
  • If the dough seems dry, apply some water/oil and knead again before rolling the dough ball.
  • Step 4: Roast both the sides well.
  • Apply ghee/oil as per choice.
  • 500 g makes approx. 20 plain Parathas and 30 Phulkas.
