Cancellation / Returns Policy

Mahalaxmi Grain Processing Company (Taste For Life) endeavours to provide highest quality products to our customer. However in case, you are dissatisfied with the buying experience or have concerns with regards to the delivered products, following shall be the appropriate process with regards to order cancellation or product return.

Cancellation:

  • Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placement. Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted. 
  • It will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and credited to your payment source in maximum of 3-4 business days

Return Policy

  • Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into the consideration.
  • However, Mahalaxmi Grain Processing Company (Taste For Life) will enquire about this and take action against it.
  • Item return request can be initiated not beyond 24 hours of successful delivery of the order.
  • Item return request can be raised by writing to us on feedback@tasteforlifeproducts.com. It will be mandatory to provide product images in case of damages, in the email.
  • Item return request shall be subject to approval by the company after due verification.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Company shall arrange to replace the return item with appropriate product as per the order in exchange of the damaged product within 7-10 working days.
  • No refund shall be made for return products.
  • To return one or more ordered products
    I. Go to your orders.(Ensure you have signed in before)
    II. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
    III. Select reason for your return.
    IV. Upload the clear photograph of the product to be returned.
  • Products returns are subject to approval by the company.
  • Approved returns will be replaced with appropriate products(s) as per your order.
