Recipe

1 bowl ready mix (whole pack).1 bowl water.Mix well. Wait for 2 minutes.Use the same bowl for measuring readymix and water. Pour the batter in a greased dhokla plate. Steam cook on high gas flame for 15 minutes.Garnish the ready cut dhokla with tadka and serve.Chef’s tip: For tasty dhokla, add a mixture of 2 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp water on the ready dhokla.
