Each 100 g makes 4 Ghawans.

How To Make Ghawan :

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt and water in ghawan atta and make it slurry like dosa batter.

Heat non-stick pan and spread batter like rava dosa.

For crispy Ghawan use the batter within 10 minutes.

100g makes approx 4 Ghawans.

Note: After opening the pack, transfer the atta/flour into an airtight container. Do not mix old and new flour/attas. To store the flour/atta for more than one month, refrigerate in airtight container.
