Kesaryukt Modak Atta (Combo Pack)

Recipe:

Take 1 bowl of modak atta (Whole Pack) and 1 bowl water. Use the same bowl for measuring modak atta and water. 

Boil water & add 1tsp oil.

Add modak atta and mix well.

Switch off the gas flame and cover it with lid for 5 mins.

Knead the dough while it is hot and make soft dough.

To make modaks, grease the plam with oil.

Flatten a ball of dough to form a cup shape, place the coconut filling in the center of the cup.

Make 5-6 small pinches on the outer edges.

Join the edges to form a peak.

Steam cook for 15mins.

Serve hot with lots of ghee.

250 gm makes approx 11 big size modaks or 21 small sizes modaks.
