How To Make Ghawan :
Add chopped onion,coriander leaves,chilli powder,salt and water in ghawan atta and make it slurry like dosa batter. Heal non-stock pan and spread batter like rava dosa.For crispy Ghawan use the batter within 10 minutes.
500g makes approx 15-20 Ghawans.
After opening the pack,transfer the atta/flour into air tight container Do not mix old and new flour/attas. To store the flour/atta for more than one month,refrigerate in airtight container.
