(Powder form) Rice, Masoor dal, Moong , Chana Dal, Tur Dal, Udad Dal, Sugar, Salt, Green chili, Ginger, Hing, Turmeric, Citric Acid(E330) and Sodium Bi-Carbonate(E500(ii))

Recipe:

1 bowl ready mix (whole pack).

1 bowl water.3 tsp curd. 3 tsp oil.Mix well.

Wait 2 minutes.

Use the same bowl for measuring readymix and water.

Add 2-3 tsp of water to the batter to adjust the consistency.

Heat a thick bottom non-stick pan on low gas flame.

Make tadka in it with oil, rai, hing, jeera, and til.

Pour the batter on the tadka and cover it with a lid.

Let it cook for 5-6 minutes on a low gas flame till crispy.

Turn/flip the handvo and cook the other side till golden brown.

Once the handvo is ready, let it cool for 5 minutes.

Cut it into pieces.

Serve with chutney/ketchup.
