Recipe:
1 bowl ready mix (whole pack).
1 bowl water.3 tsp curd. 3 tsp oil.Mix well.
Wait 2 minutes.
Use the same bowl for measuring readymix and water.
Add 2-3 tsp of water to the batter to adjust the consistency.
Heat a thick bottom non-stick pan on low gas flame.
Make tadka in it with oil, rai, hing, jeera, and til.
Pour the batter on the tadka and cover it with a lid.
Let it cook for 5-6 minutes on a low gas flame till crispy.
Turn/flip the handvo and cook the other side till golden brown.
Once the handvo is ready, let it cool for 5 minutes.
Cut it into pieces.
Serve with chutney/ketchup.
