1 bowl ready mix (whole pack). 2 bowls water. Mix well. Wait 2 minutes. Use the same bowl for measuring readymix and water. Add 2-3 tsp of water to the batter to adjust the consistency. Apply oil on a non-stick pan. Heat it on a high gas flame for 1 minute. Mix the batter well before making each dosa. Pour the batter on a hot pan in a circular motion from a height of approx. 3 inches to make a round dosa. Apply oil on the sides of dosa.Roast both the sides of multigrain dosa/masala ghawan on a medium gas flame. Serve hot with chutney/ketchup.
