Ingredients

(Powder form) Moong dal (Split green gram), Sugar, Salt, Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bi-Carbonate (E500(ii))

1 bowl ready mix (whole pack).
1 bowl water.
Mix well.
Wait for 2 minutes.
Use the same bowl for measuring readymix and water.
Pour the batter in a greased dhokla plate.
Steam cook on high gas flame for 15 minutes.
Garnish the ready cut dhokla with tadka and serve.
Chef's tip: For tasty dhokla, add a mixture of 2 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp water on the ready dhokla.
