  • Combine 1 part water with 2 parts Jawari atta.
  • Knead well to make a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough ball into a round bhakari using a rolling pin.
  • Place it on a hot pan and spread a handful of water on top—just enough to moisten the surface.
  • Once the water dries, flip the bhakari and cook the other side.
