1 bowl idli mix (whole pack).
1 bowl whisked curd. ?« bowl water.
Mix well.
Water for 2 minutes.
Use the same bowl for measuring readymix, whisked curd and water.
Grease the idli mould with some oil.
Pour batter in the mould.
Steam cook for 10 minutes on a high gas flame.
Serve hot with chutney.
