Recipe:

Take one bowl of ready-mix and add 1/4th bowl of water to it.

Start kneading a dough and add 2 tsp of oil to it.

Use the same bowl for measuring ready mix and water.

Continue kneading until you achieve a stiff dough.

Roll the dough balls into slightly thick sheets and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces.

Heat the oil in a kadhai on a medium gas flame.

Deep fry these pieces.

Let them turn to a golden brown color and remove them onto a kitchen napkin.
