Rice Dosa Mix

Take 1 bowl of Readymix (Whole Pack) and add 2 bowls of water to it. Use the same bowl to measure both the ready mix and water. Mix well and let it rest for two minutes. 

If needed, add 2-3 tsp of water to adjust the batter's consistency. 

Apply oil to a heated pan. Stir the batter well before making each ghawan/dosa. 

Pour the batter in a circular motion from a height of about 3 inches to form a perfectly round dosa. 

Spread oil on the sides of the dosa and cook both sides over medium heat. 

Serve with green chutney.
