Recipe to make Nachani bhakari
  • Combine 1 ½ portions of water with 2 portions of Nachani atta.
  • Knead well and make a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough ball into a round bhakari with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Place it on a hot pan and spread a handful of water on top of the bhakari just enough to make it wet.
  • Once the water dries, flip the bhakari and cook the other side.
  • Another delicious way to add “Ragi ka atta” to your diet is ragi soup recipe.
Ragi Soup Recipe
  • Combine 1 ½ portions of water with 2 portions of Nachani atta.
  • First prepare ragi slurry - Add 4 tablespoons of Taste for Life’s ragi atta to 150 ml of water.
  • To make paneer cubes - Toss paneer cubes into soya sauce and red chilli sauce.
  • Preparation:Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped cabbage, carrot, and capsicum along with garlic and ginger.
  • Stir fry the vegetables and add some soya sauce, red chilli sauce, and salt as per taste.
  • Pour around 500 ml of water into the stirred fried veggies.
  • Add the prepared ragi slurry, stirring continuously.
  • Boil the mix on a low gas flame for 2-3 minutes until it reaches a slightly thick consistency.
  • Add vinegar and sprinkle some pepper powder for flavor.
  • Garnish with spring onion green and tossed paneer cubes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy a comforting bowl of munchow style ragi soup!
