Masala Upma Mix recipe: In 2 ?? bowls of boiling water add 1 bowl upma mix (whole pack). Cover the pan with a lid. Simmer for 2 minutes on low gas flame. Put 3-4 tsp of ghee on the Upma. Mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes with the lid. Serve hot.

1 bowl upma mix (whole pack).2 ½ bowls water. Boil water. Add upma mix. Mix well. Use the same bowl for measuring readymix and water. Cover the pan with lid. Simmer for 2 minutes on low gas flame.Put 3-4 tsp of ghee on the upma. Mix well.Cook for 5-7 minutes with the lid.Serve hot with love!
