• 500 g readymix 1:1 waterTake 1 measure of water.
• Bring it to boil.
• Add 1 tsp oil and 1 measure of ‘Taste for life’ chakali bhajani ready mix (500g) to it.
• Mix it well.
• Switch off the gas flame and cover it with a lid.
• After 10-15 minutes, knead the dough.
• If the dough is dry, add 2-3 tsp of water and knead again.
• Press the dough through chakali mould to form chakalis.
• Fry on medium gas flame till crispy and golden brown.
• 500g makes approximately 40-45 chakalis.
