Kadhai Recipe  

Masala Upma
Ingredients: Masala Upma Mix, water, ghee
Prep Time: 15 minutes 

Upma has long been a staple breakfast in Indian homes. Its traditional preparation involves roasting of rava (semolina), chopping veggies, and balancing spices – quite a lot to handle during morning rush! However, the process becomes much easier with Masala Upma Mix, which includes roasted rava, onions, roasted cashews and peanuts, and a balanced blend of spices. 

Preparation: 

All we have to do is boil water in a kadhai. (Measure the water according to the instructions on the pack).

Add the Masala Upma Mix, stir, and place a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add ghee, mix, and cook for another 5-7 minutes with the lid closed.

Tomato Omelette
Ingredients: Tomato Omelette Mix, Water
Prep Time:  5 Minutes
It's a quick 5-minute recipe that fulfils the tummy and tastes delicious! 

Preparation: 

Make a smooth batter with the Tomato Omelette Mix and water.
Heat the pan and grease it with oil.

Pour the batter and spread it gently. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with chutney or ketchup for a satisfying meal.

Amboli / Uttapams
Ingredients: Amboli Mix, water
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Soft, fluffy amboli paired with a flavourful green chutney is definitely a soul-satisfying breakfast. 

Preparation: 

Make a smooth batter with Amboli mix and water.

Pour the batter into a hot, greased pan. Spread it gently. Cook on both sides until golden yellow. This simple breakfast is a light, fulfilling option everyone will enjoy.

This simple amboli can be turned into a tasty uttapam by adding chopped onion, tomatoes, green chili, coriander, and sambar masala on top. Of course, it will take a few extra minutes – but totally worth it! 


Gluten-free Thalipeeth
Ingredients: Thalipeeth Bhajani Atta, water, onion, coriander leaves, red chili powder, salt. Prep Time: 20-25 minutes 

Preparation: 

Add ½ cup water, chopped onion, coriander leaves, red chili powder, and salt to 1 cup of thalipeeth bhajani atta. Knead soft dough.

Tap a small dough ball onto a plastic sheet to make a round thalipeeth. Roast with oil or butter in a medium-heated pan. Roast both sides. 

This gluten-free thalipeeth is a perfect option for a fulfilling breakfast, as it contains a powerful blend of 12 grains. 

Steamer recipes 

Rava Idli
Ingredients: Rava Idli Mix, Water, curd
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Protein-packed rava idli is not only healthy but also a delicious way to start your day! 

Preparation: 

Make an Idli batter by mixing Rava idli mix, water, and curd as per the measurements written on the pack. 

Let it rest for 2 minutes, then pour it into the idli pot and steam the idlis for about 10 minutes. What makes this Rava Idli different is that it contains wheat bran, which is rich in dietary fiber and nutrients. 


Moong Dal Dhoklas
Ingredients: Moong Dal Dhokla Mix, Water
Prep Time: 15 Minutes 

Dhoklas are among the most favorite dishes in India! While classic Khaman and White dhoklas are readily available in the market, Moong dal dhokla is a good option for those allergic to besan but still crave that soft, fluffy dhoklas. 

The preparation is very simple: Make a dhokla batter as instructed on the pack, and steam it for 15 minutes. Add curry-leaf tadka for extra crisp and flavour.

Frying Pan Recipe 

Handvo
Ingredients required: Handvo Mix, Water, Oil, Curd
For Tadka – Oil, Hing, Rai, Jeera, Til (sesame seeds)
Prep Time: 15 Minutes 

Handvo, a Gujarati classic dish, is not just full of flavour but also packed with the goodness of pulses and dals!  

Preparation:
Combine Handvo Mix, water, and oil as per the instructions on the pack to prepare the handvo batter. 

Heat a thick-bottomed pan on a low gas flame. Make tadka in it with oil, rai, hing, jeera, and til. 

Pour the batter on the tadka and cover it with a lid. Cook for 5-6 min till it becomes crispy. Flip the handvo over and cook the other side until golden brown. 

It's a nutritious, gluten-free breakfast option with the goodness of 6 grains.
